If you have ever wanted to learn to Tap dance or pick up from your earlier days of tapping then this is the class for you. You may want to just polish up your skills. Come along and try it out.
This class means that you will not only be learning how to Tap dance, but having lots of exercise, making new friends and socialising while having fun.
You don’t need to be Darcey Bussell to take part in this class. The class will be based on Ballet movements put together in short sequences. Which means that it is suitable for complete beginners or those who have taken part in ballet classes before.
The benefits of joining this class are it helps with suppleness and posture and is an excellent way to exercise and keep fit. This class with our other adult classes are great way to socialise while taking part in an enjoyable activity.
Our workout class is for those who wish to keep their fitness or to get back into shape. The routines are made up of basic movements done to music that is familiar to us all. The sessions are lots of fun, so come along and make new friends.
Children’s dance classes starting from 2 year olds on Saturday mornings. There are a variety of dance styles including Ballet, Tap, Modern and Acrobatics.These activities boost confidence, and promote physical health. It's not just fun; it's a thrilling way to express emotions and learn discipline. Dance classes enhance co-ordination and flexibility while fostering social skills as children collaborate with peers. The joy of mastering new moves builds self-esteem, instilling a sense of accomplishment. Ultimately, dancing offers an exciting outlet for energy, encourages teamwork, and helps children develop lifelong skills and an appreciation for the performing arts.
